Sarah Morley

Sarah Morley is an International Yoga Teacher originally from Alberta Canada. Her diverse offerings include Traditional Hatha, Yin, Shaking Medicine Yoga, and workshops that dive deeper into a variety of topics and techniques to help achieve a deeper understanding of the body.

Sarah offers a dynamic class that holds an affinity for descriptive yet clear alignment cues. She draws upon the connection to breath and uses this as the emphasis to lead a clear path. Providing a supportive space Sarah allows students the freedom to unravel and express their highest potential through movement and mindfulness as medicine.

The heat allows the body to warm deeply and respond effectively under load. Pilates principles — control, alignment, core stability, precision — ensure strength is built with integrity. Structured intervals progressively challenge muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. Movements are simple but demanding, focused on core strength, stability, and functional movement. Using controlled, bodyweight exercises, the class builds strength and stamina without high-impact stress on the joints.

The result is a much deeper stretch and stimulation of the body's fascial network and a more quiet and focused mind. A 60-min class, sometimes practiced with relaxing music in a warm room and gently lit room, a great way to end the day.
